Microsoft Office is a proprietary office suite from Microsoft that works with both fixed and mobile platforms. It is installed on a computer and provides a suite of software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Outlook, Access and/or Publisher, depending on the suite chosen.
This training course will enable you to get to grips with the Office suite, in particular Word, Excel and Project.
- Be able to use Word, the MicroSoft word processor, on a daily basis, open existing documents, create, modify, print and format simple and complex documents.
- Be able to use the Excel spreadsheet, open existing spreadsheets or workbooks, create, modify, manage, print, format simple and complex data (Tables, Advanced Notions, Graphics, Print Setup, Worksheet Automation, Series, Database);
- Be able to implement MS Project, Microsoft’s project management software; be able to structure, plan, and simulate a project, including planning and tracking schedules and resources in real time and managing several projects in parallel; be able to schedule tasks, allocate resources, budget.
